Juanbingo — Terms And Conditions

The App serves only as the digital platform representing Juanbingo. All terms herein apply to Juanbingo as the operating entity.

I. Member’s Basic Information

To become a Juanbingo Member, players may register through the Juanbingo App (the “App” or the “Platform”), which acts only as the official digital representation of Juanbingo (the “Company”). Registration may be done onsite or via online/remote sign-up.

Players must submit mandatory personal information and one (1) valid government-issued ID. By submitting their data through the App, players acknowledge that they have read, understood, and consented to the data practices of Juanbingo, as detailed in its Data Privacy Policy and in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012. Players further waive any claim against Juanbingo for the lawful use, processing, and storage of their personal data.

Only individuals 21 years old and above, and not included in the banned personalities listed under Memorandum Circular No. 6, series of 2016, may register. Juanbingo shall not be liable for any falsified or incorrect information provided by the player. The player is solely responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of the data submitted.

Juanbingo reserves the right to deny, suspend, or terminate any membership at its sole discretion, without prior notice, if eligibility requirements are violated.

II. Communications Opt-In

By registering through the Juanbingo App, players expressly consent to receive communications from Juanbingo, including administrative updates, mandatory notices, and promotional materials via email, SMS, phone calls, or social media platforms.

Players may opt out of marketing messages at any time, except for essential regulatory or administrative notices. Juanbingo shall not be liable for any delays, misdeliveries, or third-party platform issues affecting communications.

III. Collection and Privacy Statement

The Juanbingo App collects personal information on behalf of Juanbingo, as required by PAGCOR and as necessary for providing services.

Juanbingo may share data with authorized suppliers, service providers, subsidiaries, or related companies for:

Account security, risk control, and fraud prevention
Account administration, analytics, player tracking, market research, and customer support
Prize release and promotional activity execution
Any related, lawful, or operationally necessary purposes

Juanbingo upholds strict confidentiality and privacy standards following RA 10173. Data is stored in the Philippines and retained for at least one (1) year after the last account activity or longer if required by law.

Any individual who gains access to another user’s data through the App agrees to comply with privacy laws and allow Juanbingo or the affected user to request data removal or review.

IV. Terms and Conditions for Membership

The Juanbingo App is only a platform; all eligibility rules apply to Juanbingo’s gaming operations under PD 1869 and RA 9487.

The following individuals are strictly prohibited from using the App and from participating in any gaming activity of Juanbingo:

Government officials involved in operations of the government
Members of the AFP, PNP, and similar agencies
Persons under 21 years old
PAGCOR employees
Unregistered or banned players
Individuals listed in the National Database of Restricted Persons
Gaming Employment License (GEL) holders
Loan sharks, financiers, and similar individuals
Immediate family members of restricted individuals per MC No. 8

Funds of ineligible players shall be forfeited in favor of the government.

V. Responsible Gaming

Players are required to follow all PAGCOR-issued responsible gaming reminders, including the prohibition of playing online games in open or public spaces.

VI. Binding Effect of Game Mechanics and Amendments

By using the Juanbingo App, players acknowledge that all game rules and mechanics implemented by Juanbingo are binding. Juanbingo may update or modify mechanics at any time, and continued use of the App signifies acceptance.

VII. Authority to Determine Final Results

Juanbingo’s certified game engine and backend systems shall determine all official game results. No dispute shall be accepted unless there is verifiable evidence of technical malfunction not caused by the player’s device or network. Juanbingo’s internal records are final and authoritative.

VIII. Member’s Affirmation and Consent

Players affirm the following:

1. Age and Compliance

They are 21 or older and agree to all terms of Juanbingo, including future amendments.

2. Regulatory Compliance

They agree to comply with PAGCOR rules and understand that violations may result in suspension or termination.

3. Privacy and Data Usage

They grant consent for Juanbingo to collect, use, and process their information. Withdrawal of consent may lead to loss of access to services.

4. Know Your Customer (KYC) Requirements

Players must complete KYC within 3 days or before withdrawal. Non-compliance results in automatic freezing.

5. Funding, Withdrawals, and Security

Transactions must be made only through the player’s registered accounts. Errors due to incorrect information submitted by the player are their sole responsibility.

6. Processing Timeframes

₱1–₱50,000: 1–3 business days
₱50,000–₱500,000: 3–5 business days
₱500,000 and above: 5–10 business days

Delays caused by third-party providers are outside the liability of Juanbingo.

7. No Liability Clause

Juanbingo shall not be liable for non-completion of transactions due to insufficient funds, system issues, incorrect instructions, or events beyond its control.

Juanbingo may suspend or terminate accounts for reasons including multiple accounts, promo abuse, underage play, suspicious activity, bot usage, or banned status.
